I work harder going to the arcade and playing Pump It Up than I would biking around here. But it's fun; I'm not fighting my brain.

The difference is, I know how my mind works. I'm not going to fight myself every day to do things that are unpleasant with no apparent reward. I need something I would do anyway, even without the exercise benefit. (Pump It Up is a perfect example, except for the annoying crowd.)

And I don't appreciate your combative attitude. I come on here looking for ideas, and immediately you attack me for wanting to find a better solution than the same old miserable approach. Just because I'm not willing to fight a battle I've already lost doesn't mean I'm not committed to losing weight, and unless you can show me that you truly understand the situation, you can kindly keep your trap shut.
