Not at your or my body mass.
To gain any sort of fitness (this doesn't necessarily equate to fitness), many muscle groups have to be trained, as well as flexibility in the joints.
This requires an investment into a gym with good trainers, or a program worked out together with a doctor.
And these programs require, above all, discipline. For me, the motivation was a) gym cost money, so I better used the membership, and b) watching the progress was really motivating.
And I can watch now how bad my constitution has become. |
