OK, these games are getting intense. by Danu 2007-07-01 10:58:41
The youngest' sleep schedule has been messed up for a week. So last night he decided to stay up all night (unbeknownst to me)in the hopes of catching a nap today and then re-setting himself (sound familiar?).

This morning I wake up and hear sounds from the basement.I go down the stairs into the dark to see what's up. Sure enough, there's the son with his back turned to me playing on his xbox. Honest, I thought he heard me coming down the stairs. I walk up behind him and gently place my hand on the top of his head with the intention of tousling his hair... but no! ARGGHHHH! He hollers and leaps out his chair still clutching controller in one hand, juggling keyboard with the other and looking like he's in a battle of will with his legs.

"MOM!!! *heaving repeated sighs* Mom, you can't do that when I'm playing Darkness!! Jeeezuz, why didn't you make some noise or something. Just, just please...don't do that again *sigh* and I'm sorry for yelling at you but you scared me."
