YES they patently do.

Gasoline OR Propane.

Take a half full OLD style aluminum can of gasoline shake it up real real good (or leave it out in the sun on a high summer day) there will be enough vapors in that can to go boom if the can were heated accidentaly say in a fire. Drop that can in a fire pit and it will boom with enthusiasm.
