There's the number to TB HQ. Give them a call, tell them what happened, & they tend to send you coupons for free food as a way to make things right. If you keep complaining about a specific store, they might get a bit miffed, but then they might ALSO start an investigation that gets the location "under new management" or closed altogether. Not that I would know how to do that, or anything... (Pure, Sweet, & Innocent grin... wanders off whistling innocently...) =D
