I didn't have one but I did have a vistors pass clearly hung on my mirror.. you would just have to look in the car and see

and my mom.. she owns the condo.. already put in my licence plate with the association.

I *know* I have to get my germany licence plate changed over.. but I *did* have the pass up and it was documented..

but my downstairs neighbor had the sticker.. and they where *still* trying to tow her car..

and with the resident.. I don't know exactly would initated it.. I just have what my neighbor said to go by and heresay doesnt hold up in court.
