they where even towing cars belonging to people who reside here for no reason.. my down stairs neighbor had to stop them from towing her car...

She told me probably part of the reason is that one of the neighbors doesn't like the influx of hispanics in the neighborhood..

Rumor I know but knowing this complex would make sense.. I guess the person who started this probably thought the neighborhood was going downhill..

I was talking to a hispanic neighbor and he said he car was towed 3 weeks ago .. even though he followed protical.. :P
