Here is the info (in Swedish). The agent didn't sell it, we got it straight from the owner, that's why we got it for 65000 SEK. It's 3868 SEK /month incl heating, water and cable TV. "Visa på Karta" is "Show on map" if you want the location. It's perfect for us. SO has got aprox 21 km to her work from there and I will have 7 km to the Campus. Even though I'm still studying my SO had no problem getting a bank loan of 150.000 SEk (we will do some renovation. New flooring in kitchen, hallways. New wallpaper/painting in kitchen, livingroom.) And the LOLcat in me Wantz to haz new shiniz (32+ LCD TV)
