Antivirus preference? by romandas 2007-06-17 07:48:51
I'm trying to decide what AV to install on a new XP Pro (SP2) box.

My choices are:
Symantec AV (corporate edition)
McAfee VirusScan (enterprise edition)
or something free (as in beer)

I've been using Symantec for awhile, but I realize that reputation-wise, they seem to be the Microsoft of AV (most popular, not necessarily best). So, should I stick with Symantec or is there a better product?
