...if you are drowning in grief, and it's not letting up, and you are being triggered by such things as slow music, maybe it's time to find a decent doctor and see about getting some relief. I was able to get a prescription without being sent off to a psych specialist, maybe you can too. Of course, brain chemistry is just one dimension of the whole problem. But when you've got something that can help this one aspect, you've got a fighting chance against the rest of it.
