"GOD CAN 9". I wondered why the 9? Was it the person's ninth car? Were 1 thru 8 already taken by other people? If it was an arbitrary number, why not 3 to represent the Trinity, or 7 to represent the so-called number of completion? Of course, then, the paranomasiac in me wondered if the intent was to be cryptically palindromic.
