If you added more milk to the mix, you'll get a thinner mix which is easier to roll. I like rolling my pancakes, too, and these didn't roll well with the recipe in the original form. It does pour slowly, yes, but my pan is tiny so it didn't bother me. Um, about a 5 ot 6 inch pan (15cmish). But you could make them bigger, if you have patience to let it spread all over a large pan :p
