KDE users, a question if I may. by buzzin 2007-06-12 08:27:14
I don't want to start a war here.
But are there any other good/stable KDE distro's out there?
I have been using Suse 10.2 for a while and got fed up with the quirks.
Now I have Kubuntu installed....and it's letting me down in almost every way.
Java doesn't work, Opera is slow, Amarok doesn't know flac or MP3 codecs and beryl/compiz seem to fail altogether.
Not that beryl/compiz is a must...but if you offer it, it should work.

So what I am really looking for...is Suse without the bad updates and the cripled software.
Does anyone have suggestions?
