Try these for tips, but you'll get best advice from those in your industry. What about us here? We count both employers and employed among the UFicle. I'm more than happy to pass comment, or send you my CV and cover letter for your perusal. Key things: The important thing is to list your skill and demonstrate how you have those skills. Everything else is secondary. I believe there are some differences between UK and US over duration; my CV is two sides of A4, my work history listed first (less detail of older jobs) and everything else reduced to a couple of paragraphs. Industry is semiconductors/EDA, by the way. btw, you have a mail incoming about the Perl regex viewer...
