It just happened again. Again my card was not recognized causing me to type the pincode three times, which resulted in me getting the card locked again. g3-d4-it! And then have a patronizing internal helpdesk employee asking "Well, is the caps lock on?". It's a freaking numerical password! (It's a pinNUMBER! Numerical is the only kind of password we are allowed to have.) And I'm not an eedjit, nor a (l)user, have been using PCs for about 20 years now (I'm 27), and I know an invalid password from a valid one. But what are the odds of having your card invalidated twice in less than 4 hours?
