Bombader, Old peculiar, ESB & London pride, Speckled Hen and Newcastle. That's about it unless you're lucky. None of them travel well. Bottles are never the same as draft and pressurised casks, no matter which gas they use, are not the same as a hand pump. Last time I was back in the UK I ended up in a pub for lunch just about every day. You get used to the stuff here and then when you have a real pint of even average beer it is like the drink of the gods. And they complain that our beer is warm and flat. All the more for us. BTW. Where's the TLP in your diary???
