it gets denser. This is due to the fact that uninjured bone is a series of 'tiny columns' (forget the medical/latin term, just know the English translation), when the bone is broken, the new bone that is grown to replace/repair also partially fills in the gaps in the 'columns'. The more you repeat this process, the denser and stronger the bone becomes. And we all know labrat has probably broken every bone in her body WAY more than 10 times. ducks and runs ;0P~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
