specifically I'm doing it to help me clear up some allergies. Somewhere it said to clean your floors and walls with a damp mop. So do I go into overdrive and move heavy furniture and run around the house mopping floors and entire walls ? Do I wipe every single surface ? This sounds like rebuilding entire house for me, but is there an easier way ?
