If you want someones opinion on $matter, make it clear, that you may or may not use their opinion in your decision.
It can drive workers up the wall, if a manager wants to be friends with everybody.
If you set up a goal but half way through the process, conditions change, make sure the goal changes too, and that thos that it involves are aware of the change. |
