I just overstepped my "authorization" by Tyop 2007-05-18 01:57:45
Part of our business (one of the cash cows) rely on high quality pressurized air.

By stroke of "luck" I discover that there is water in our air system.
Equipment worth hundreds of thousands of euros get functionality from before mentioned air supply, and it's beyond repair once water has entered the equipment.

I'm not even remotely authorized to either order field service, nor to mention to the service tech, that "during our converstion, I never asked for costs, but only said, that it had to be fixed, fast"...

That being said, I don't fear what our CEO may say. The consequenses of inaction are far worse than the invoice from the tech.
