enough of the pretend picks up pen and stares at sympathy card I'm contemplating writing "This sucks, it really sucks!" A friend/work-mate died about two weeks ago due to illness. I'm going over to her house tomorrow to help clear home office. Her only child, a daughter, lives out of town. She will be meeting COO and me at her mom's house. Daughter and her mom were close but not tight, had some bumpy history. I want to give daughter a card that tells her how much her mom bragged about her and how great a person mom was, and how many people thought so highly of her and how she regretted the rough times of the past,and how grateful she was to be able to spend time with daughter and grandchildren when they came to visit, but I can't get passed how much I miss her. I kicked it all aside so I could work and whatnot without tearing up but now I have this card that needs to be written.
