Just describe how much the world has changed since you started school ("no one had ever heard of the Internet", etc.), make some clever remarks about things that you learned over the years ("MacBeth taught us the perils of consorting with witches and killing all your friends", etc), and close with an optimistic statement about how your class will drive change in the future. That's more-or-less how mine went.
