Same size but with a PCI-Express endpoint block built in. Now just think of the graphics card you could build out of that. The power consumption would be through the roof and the raw clock speed would be lower than a normal graphics card. But rather than having to have a fixed number of general purpose pipelines and renderers you could set it up for each game with as many pipelines as you can fit, each hard coded to exactly what that game needs.
