I think if I remember correctly 47,000 an acre?.. but that was 5 years ago too.. The only benefit is Bull Valley. Houses have to be a certain size on a certain area of land.. it is a requirement to build there. I just wish that do that in more places.. its getting waaaay too crowded out here :P
