My friend's attitude is "I don't eat anything with a face"
and then I point out to her that fish do, in fact, have faces.
And then she says something about warm-bloodedness. And then I offer her a cooked lizard. (I'm a b7 sometimes).
Fish are "less evolved" than birds or mammals. Maybe they're treated less cruelly when they're farmed as well? I don't know. I only know my friend who's "mostly vegetarian" will in fact eat fish, but not chicken, or mammals. i haven't asked her about shrimp or scallops, though...
