certain beans with rice or corn and they have to be eaten together. The amino acids need to be ingested at the same time for them to be properly absorbed.

And you can be vegetarian and still eat animal products (like milk/dairy and/or eggs) and get your amino acids that way.

Or just cut out land-based animals and limit oneself to fish.
