I do some of Tony Horton's stuff, Ab Ripper, P90X - Core Synergistics, etc. Depending on what other workout I do, I do anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour of cardio, usually stationary cycle.
I've cut out much of the sugar and fat from my diet, and consume primarily vegetables, meats, dairy, eggs, whole grains, legumes. Portion control is big. Beer, not so much. 8^) Typical breakfast might be a bowl of cereal and an orange, or two eggs and one slice of whole grain toast. First lunch might be a Clif Builder or some such bar, second lunch a trip to the blender with perhaps a banana, one raw egg, a shot of protein and topped up with milk. Dinner may be a portion of grilled fish or chicken and steamed veg. Lots of water.
I'd successfully dropped from 185lbs to 160, but couldn't break past it for some reason.
