me. They all seemed rather backwards once I knew what a good one could do.

On the plus side we did have >50% of the UK call centre market. You could really freak the operators out by describing exactly what phone they were using and then asking them to hit a certain key sequence and telling them what was on the phones display. I managed to convince one that I had a spy camera watching them.
