He is a naturalized citizen of Venezuela, not the US. He is under a deportation order but currently he has nowhere to go. The court order forbids him being sent to Cuba or Venezuela. Panama, Canada and El Salvador have all denied him entry. He is also the subject of a grand jury investigation in New Jersey. Seems the FBI is working with Cuba to look into the alleged hotel bombing. FBI agents in Cuba? Interesting. We didn't invite him here and we don't want to keep him. Raise your hand if you will take him in and he'll be on his way.
