So sayeth the cover of my broken PSU:
Caution! Hazardous Area
Do not remove this cover any circumstances
Trained service people only
No servicable components inside
Of course, that didn't stop me from performing surgery with a screwdriver and a multitool to replace the fan, which had completely seized up. I wonder what their definition of a "servicable component" is?
I'm sure that the broken English on the label is indicitive of the quality of the PSU in question. |
