Stating if you don't have payment by x date you will sue. After the third, if you don't hear back, have a 3/4th letter that you hand deliver. When you deliver (if you can) this letter hand it over and walk away, say NOTHING.
If they do not pay by x date, then you can sue. With no confirmations and having attempted to hand deliver (more than once, if did not get on first try), you have tried your best, and have grounds to say they either received it or they denied to pick it up. |
