First of all, I think we really need to eliminate the need to download maps that aren't being played. If we are in UF7, a person joining shouldn't need to download a bunch of extra maps just to get in. That way, there is the choice of going to an alternative map, but not the requirement that everyone download it if no one is even playing it.
On the other hand, several of the non "standard" maps are fun to play, and I do think they add something compared to just the standard maps in endless rotation. So I wouldn't want them to be just gone, but making it so they didn't need to be downloaded all the time would be nice. |
