capsules that is.. I have IBS and I take that to help with the spasmodic nature of the illness. It really helps. It has to be enteric coated so that the peppermint reaches the colon. If you don't know where to get it I will get some for you and send it. It works wonders for me. Camolmile is good too. Get the German stuff better quality... And for using herbs the Germans have some excellent scientific data in that aspect. I know they use herbs as perscription drugs. Sorry I don't have more data right now .. give me a little bit and I will dig up some more okay? hugs and best wishes trust me I understand it took the docs a looong time to figure out what was wrong with me .. they even thought it was in my head :P
