A friend of hers wrote a whiny letter saying "But you can't lock her up, she's a celebrity and I fancy her" - this is the one you read. Currently it has nearly 12000 signatures. Soon after someone else wrote a letter saying "Oh yes you can, frankly there's enough evidence to send her down for much more than just this one offence." Currently this has just under 16000 signatures. Most people would have realised that this would happen and thought twice about opening this can of worms in the first place.
