blasphemy! fire up the torches! by amp_man 2007-05-09 02:32:33
Seriously though, I agree, the episodes seem to have slowed down a LOT more as the season's progressed. No matter how cool the battle at the end was starting to be, last week's episode just confused things completely, for instance why was the Haitian working with Matt/the agency when he was previously helping Claire? Or did that change because Claire survived? But Claire is alive, so shouldn't he...gah, paradox! And Matt killed Bennet after Bennet helped him escape in the first place, why? I actually almost forgot about watching this weeks, for the first time since it debuted.

And to make matters worse, it seems like every bad guy is somehow a good guy, in their own way. Claire's dad just wants to save Claire, Sylar doesn't want to kill millions of innocents (but does want to become President)...the only real bad guys seem to be the Nathan, who has his hands somewhat tied (or is he really working with the FBI?), and his mom and Linderman, who are pulling his strings, and we still don't know what their motives might be (although I doubt they involve Sylar taking over Candice's power and killing Nathan).
