shop to give it the "once over" to see what the other guy missed. It might cost you some $ but it would be well worth it IMO from what you are saying.

Also, be careful on the bar risers that you don't go "too high" and make it hard to steer. If you are used to riding cruisers, a sport or sport-tour position is a bit unnerving at first and you will have a tendancy to push *down* on the bars and not left and right, and that will make the steering more difficult. Short form is the more in-line your lower arms are with the bars the easier it is to steer on a sport bike :)

I am no expert by any means and I will defer to Hactar as he seems MUCH more knowledgeable but I learned that problem first hand and also from reading the Keith Code "Twist of the Wrist" books :-D
