I am getting a Weber Performer. Charcoal is the only way to go but SWMBO wants to be able to start burgers quickly. Gas is bad in so many ways. If you ever make it up to the MN Twin Cities, you are welcome to grillin' and top shelf vodka drinks.

yes, I know your weakness - charred cow flesh and good vodka. Although a good cold beer might be better with the steaks.
