from what you've written.
Definately replace the chain and at least the rear sprocket. A worn sprocket will eat a chain in short order and vice versa. This is a non-negotiable.

Get that hesitation fixed too. There's nothing worse than giving it the berries and in the middle of a wheelie or a curve and the bikes coughs out from under you. Low-side city. Ask me how I know:)

It seems you've done your homework and with the above repairs it looks to be a good buy for you. How's the mileage?
