* There are 15 distinct values, where each row, column or 4x4 box has to have 16 distinct values in it. * There aren't enough starting positions (for me, at least) to solve it. The best I could find gave me 8 possible values for the square - 9 if you count the two 56 values as different. Having just put it though a suduko solver, it appears that there are solutions that work for it (Assuming you split the 56s up) but theres not a unique answer...
