power just completely cut out for a good 10-20 seconds got REALLY dark and really quiet really fast as i'm in the basement and can't run both my computer and my monitor on the UPS at once. (it's only a 650va, it can't handle the load of them both) for a little bit I thought I was going to have to stumble around in the dark to find my flashlight (which is now sitting on my desk instead of on my dresser for now) powers down linux box (my PVR box never powered back on by itself, must poke the BIOS later)
