You could argue that someone who willingly stays in an abusing relationship isn't mentally well, but is that always true?

Plus, if she's chosen to stay until how, are the courts obligated to speed up the normal process? If so, why? What has changed that she wasn't aware of before the time, when she wasn't filing for divorce?
