question for UK Ufies by bobmon2007-04-30 14:56:44
I've not been following the news by astro-g 2007-04-30 15:09:30
However, I do know, that some trials, that would normally have a jury dont, if the judge believes there is too high a risk of the jury members being threatened or coerced.

this is apparently common in 'terrorist' trials in northern Ireland.

I'm not sure if it only happens there, or if it is allowed anywhere in the UK.
