German court tells abused Muslim woman, "That's your culture. Goodbye, and enjoy your beatings."

Can I make up my own culture where my faith tells me it's ok to beat the living s4 out of men who beat up on women? This way, I could satisfy these urges that I have and get away with it in Germany.
