Involves me writing the code in C, interfacing with the LAPACK fortran library for matrix diagonalization. I'm still trying to decide what is the best clustering algorithm for me to use. Of course I am looking at 150+-dimensional vectors clustered over thousands of data points (on the order of 10,000).
