One of the largest land-wise, plus an awkward shape and irritating road layout. (It's not quite as bad as California, but it does share many of the same characteristics.) The point I was trying to make is that saying "it's in Florida" is approximately akin to saying "it's in Texas" or "it's in New England". That being said, I did find the local "shire" and have emailed the contact person (though I haven't yet received a reply). Their web page has disappeared, though...
