Georgia highways are a major transportation corridor north for illegal drugs coming into the country from South America, via Florida.

Coke, heroin, m/j, and hash busts are commonplace on Georgia highways. Mules can be anyone who thinks that the cost/benefit risk is acceptable. The odds improve if you don't fit the profile of a mule: ie. a young, blonde female Canadian 'tourist'.

Geo. troopers catch more drug-runners on minor traffic violations than any other means.
