I sometimes wish there was a 3-yr inspection requirement, would get these dangerous cars off the road.

I mean, lights out, no bumpers, smoking like a freight train. You would think they would get stopped by a cop, but apparently the cops got better things to do than stop a car for smoking.

I've seen cops just sit there when a guy runs a red light RIGHT in front of them. At 20+ mph over the limit. Must have been almost end of shift and they didn't want to get stuck doing paperwork during unpaid OT.
