Georgia knowing what the difference between a valid Canadian Pasport and a fake one are when he is about *1500 miles* away from the Canadian border. What are the chances they have ever even seen a canadian passport?

I know that the last time I was in North Carolina I had a policeman with their liquor control division in the resturaunt bar eyeball my Texas DL pretty closely because they did not see too many of them.
