About car efficiency... (and re: Skippy and Tyop) by etwas_egal2007-04-30 00:07:38

    I haven't read that far into that forum by etwas_egal 2007-04-30 07:30:05
but I did find it when I was wondering if people had managed ECU tweaks, in particular an instantaneous fuel consumption gage. I had kind of blown it off due to the high volume of street-racer kiddies, but I guess I should be taking a closer look at it, with ... uh ... does that "dirty" require degreaser or mindbleach?

"Eliminating weight" was a project that I snuck in to my first interior clean of this car. Like vacuuming out the two quarts of sand that had accumulated by the spare. I even managed sorted through my emergency tools to make certain I was only carrying the number of each that I actually needed. Only one set of jumper cables this time, only two pliers, ....

Engine model: 1.6 DOHC, not certain of series at this time, stock LX "trim".

Thanks for the pointer.
