Playing with Cisco Call Manager. by hadji 2007-04-30 07:25:59
The way the implementation guy was whizzing through the screens, all the things he was doing looked rather complex and involved. Yesterday, I had him set up a new phone for me, but he was in a rush, so while he set up it up for my extension, he didn't add the device to my user profile.

So today, I figured out how to do that all by myself, without having to ask him. I also figured out how to assign functions to the buttons through Call Manager. :-)

It's not rocket surgery, but I'm still happy.
